I'm going to be completely honest here! Pono's concert ukuleles are great, they are beautiful aesthetically, have amazing craftsmanship, great intonation, but their concert ukuleles don't stand in the ukulele market as much as Pono's baritones and tenors, with the exception of their mango pineapple ukulele (and no it's not a fruit salad... it's a pineapple shaped ukulele made of mango wood, and it just sounds AMAZING, although slightly more expensive, if you're looking for a great concert, please consider that model as it is one of the best sounding concerts I have ever played).
Or alternatively snatch a bargain for an all solid wood acacia concert ukulele. This ukulele is stunning aesthetically, and has a beautiful tone. It's sweet spot action-wise was 3mm at the 12th fret.
